Hey Dr. Mike. I am proud to be the newest MES fitness professional and representing the AAHFRP here in the bluegrass. I am going to do my best to make you and all the other MES trainers proud by offering a new and unique method of fitness conditioning to my fellow Kentuckians.
Thanks again
J.R.Smith, MES
